Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

We make every effort to present our products, ingredients, and pricing accurately. However, colours, packaging detail, and descriptions on this site are indicative — slight variation in the finished article is part of the nature of small-batch production.

All pricing is shown in Euros (€) excluding VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing for B2B partners is communicated under separate commercial agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice; orders confirmed at a given price will be honoured at that price.

B2B and wholesale orders are processed under the commercial agreement signed between Silvera Glamour SAS and the partner entity. Direct retail orders, where available, are subject to confirmation of stock and payment authorisation.

All payments are processed by certified third-party providers. We do not store complete payment-card details on our systems. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed by the cardholder's issuing bank.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs clearance, and seasonal volumes. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier; insurance for international shipments is recommended and can be arranged through our logistics team.

Cosmetic products may be returned only where they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging — and only within fourteen days of receipt, in accordance with French and European consumer-protection law. Bespoke or custom-formulated products are non-returnable.

Wholesale, private-label, and partnership arrangements are governed by an individual commercial agreement between Silvera Glamour SAS and the partner. Such agreements take precedence over these general terms in the event of conflict. Minimum order quantities, exclusivity, territorial restrictions, and payment terms are negotiated case by case.

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom, save where mandatory provisions of consumer law grant exclusive jurisdiction to the consumer's place of residence.
